Madam Ngwain Sih is a dynamic Young leader in the Republic of Cameroon with a great vission for the Youths and women in Cameroon and Africa at large who decided to create PHOENIX REVIVAL ASSOCIATION as the engine which will establish her vission and mission . She is committed to transforming lives by offering tangible opportunities for women and youth across Cameroon.
NGWAIN SIH, spearheads vital skills training programs in fields like tailoring, gastronomy, and office management, fostering economic independence and self-reliance. Her passion for social impact and community development is evident in her tireless work ethic. She is a responsible, rising leader whose daily actions inspire positive change, building a future where every individual’s potential is fully realized.
Madam MARTHA PONO serves as the official representative of Phoenix Revival Association in the United States. Committed to the organization’s vision, she works to expand its global reach by building partnerships, supporting fundraising efforts, and connecting with the diaspora.
Her role also includes promoting the association’s mission of youth and women empowerment through international advocacy and resource mobilization. With strong dedication to community upliftment and social development, Madame MARTHA PONO embodies Phoenix Revival’s values and ensures the voices of the vulnerable are heard across borders.
