Though self-funded, selected participants gain priceless access to international networking, advocacy, and exposure on a world stage.
Together, we rise. Together, we build. Together, we impact.
Phoenix Revival Association (PRA) is proud to announce its new partnership with the Africa Careers Network (ACN), hosted by the African Leadership Academy. As an official Employer Partner, PRA will offer internship and career opportunities to Mastercard Foundation Scholars and ALA graduates across Africa.
This collaboration empowers young leaders to gain practical experience in peacebuilding, women’s empowerment, youth training, and ethical AI for social good. TESTIMONIES

Julie, a dynamic young student from the University of Douala, successfully completed our incubation program. With a strong passion for learning and earning, she now produces locally made cleaning products. Her brand is already available in GULFIN’s mini shops (Akwa Nord), with aspirations to expand into major supermarkets like Santa Lucia, Dovv, and even international markets.

As an internally displaced person (IDP), Sandra refused to be defined by hardship. Recognizing her talent for catering, we offered her intensive training in cocktail meal preparation, including pastries, drinks, and finger foods.
After going through our incubator process, Sandra is now self-employed and running her own successful catering business. She supplies her delicious products for weddings and cocktail parties.
Thanks to the support of the Phoenix Revival team, Sandra is building a bright and sustainable future!"
We are incredibly proud to present one of our beneficiaries, Miss Tetang Danielle.
In 2022, Danielle joined Phoenix Revival after financial issues forced her to drop out of school. Seeing her determination, we provided her with specialized training in Beads Jewelry Design.
Following our incubator process, Danielle is now a talented and self-employed entrepreneur! She successfully designs and supplies stunning African jewelry for traditional weddings and modern fashion.
Her bright future is a testament to the fact that when talent meets opportunity—thanks to the support of the Phoenix Revival Association—anything is possible.
